How the score works

Each stock gets a score from 0 to 100. For each factor, the stock is compared with all the others on this page, so 100% on a factor means best in the group.

Small penalties apply when a stock looks overbought (RSI above 78) or has fallen more than 30% from its 52-week high.

Limits: this is a momentum-and-trend model. It favors stocks that have already been rising, so it can be late to turning points and can rank a stock highly just before it falls. It knows nothing about valuation, earnings, debt or your taxes. Headline tone comes from simple word matching (words like "beats", "upgrade", "record" versus "misses", "downgrade", "probe"), so sarcasm and context are missed.
